はじめに

灯る（ともる、以下「本アプリ」）は、相棒と一緒に勉強を続けるための集中タイマー・習慣アプリで、Evelaina が提供しています。要点：本アプリは端末内で完結し、Evelaina のサーバーとは通信しません。アカウント登録・ログインはなく、広告・第三者解析・トラッキングも一切ありません。

端末内に保存されるデータ（ローカルのみ）

アカウント登録やログインはありません。以下はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。

• 勉強の記録：集中セッション、勉強習慣とその達成、連続記録（ストリーク）ときずな、試験日の設定。
• お部屋とアイテム：獲得した★、購入・装着したお部屋テーマ。
• 設定：相棒の名前、タイマーの長さなどの環境設定。

Evelaina のサーバーとは通信しません

本アプリは、Evelaina のサーバーへデータを送信しません。タイマー・記録・統計はすべて端末内で処理されます。アプリ内課金のみ、後述のとおり Apple の App Store が処理します。

通知

やさしいリマインダー通知は任意です。許可された場合の通知は端末内でスケジュールされ、Evelaina に情報が送られることはありません。通知を許可しなくても、本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。

広告・解析・トラッキングはありません

本アプリには広告はありません。第三者の解析（アナリティクス）やトラッキングも行いません。

アプリ内課金（Tomoru Pro）

「Tomoru Pro」（買い切り、または月額サブスクリプション）のお支払いは、すべて Apple の App Store が処理します。Evelaina が支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。詳しい課金条件は利用規約をご覧ください。

お子さまについて

本アプリは全年齢を対象とした一般向けアプリです。

データの削除

端末内のデータはアプリを削除すると消去されます。Evelaina 側に保存されるデータはありません。

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新する場合があります。更新版は改定日とともにこの URL に掲載します。

Overview

Tomoru ("the App") is a cozy focus-timer and study-habit companion, published by Evelaina. In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not communicate with any Evelaina server. There is no account or login, and no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking.

Data Stored on Your Device (Local Only)

There is no account and no login. The following is stored on your device only and is removed when you delete the App:

• Study data — your focus sessions, study habits and their completions, streak and bond progress, and your exam-countdown date.
• Room & items — the ★ you earn and the room themes you buy and equip.
• Settings — your companion's name, timer length, and other preferences.

No Communication with Evelaina Servers

The App does not send your data to any Evelaina server. The timer, records, and statistics are all handled on your device. Only in-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store, as described below.

Notifications

Gentle reminder notifications are optional. If you grant permission, notifications are scheduled locally on your device and no information is sent to Evelaina. The App works fully without granting notifications.

No Ads, No Analytics, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking.

In-App Purchase (Tomoru Pro)

Tomoru Pro (a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription) is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Evelaina never receives or stores your payment information. See our Terms of Service for the billing terms.

Children

The App is a general-audience app suitable for all ages.

Data Deletion

Data on your device is removed when you delete the App. No data is held by Evelaina.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
