NAD+ Reconstitution Arithmetic Calculator
A transparent arithmetic tool. It performs and shows four calculations using only the numbers you type. It supplies no targets and makes no recommendations.
Read before using: arithmetic only, not guidance
- You supply every value. This page does not supply, suggest, or default any target, amount, or volume.
- Arithmetic consistency is not medical safety or physical suitability of any product, diluent, or device.
- Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a dose, or a personalized recommendation. Consult a licensed clinician for any decision.
- The U-100 conversion assumes 100 units per mL. Syringe types, capacities, and graduations differ; check your own device.
Your values
What this page computes
Four steps, each shown with your numbers substituted:
- Concentration = vial amount (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL).
- Target in mg = target amount if entered in mg, or target amount ÷ 1000 if entered in mcg.
- Draw volume (mL) = target in mg ÷ concentration.
- U-100 units = draw volume × 100, assuming 100 units per mL.
Draw volumes above 1 mL are outside this page's single-U-100-syringe arithmetic limit and produce no result. Draw volumes below 0.01 mL produce a result with a limitation warning. Neither boundary is a medical or safety judgment.
