Ligand is a personal organization and logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not recommend or prescribe specific dosages. The Peptide Assistant returns general reference information about peptide kinetics and commonly reported protocols — its answers are not personalized medical advice and must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before any decision about a medication, supplement, or compound. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information may not reflect the most recent developments and may not apply to your specific situation.
The Peptide Assistant is a Pro feature that uses a large language model (Anthropic's Claude) to answer questions about peptide kinetics and commonly reported protocols, grounded in the App's bundled reference index and your saved Personal Context. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App before you confirm any purchase.
Peptide knowledge, regulatory status, and clinical guidance vary by jurisdiction and change over time. While we strive to provide accurate, well-referenced summaries, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information in the App or in Assistant answers. Always verify critical information against primary sources and consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Many peptides referenced in the App are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or comparable regulators in other jurisdictions. Some are available only by prescription for specific approved indications. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction is your responsibility. Ligand does not facilitate the purchase or sale of any compound and provides no opinion on the legality of any specific peptide use.
All content, design, code, bundled reference index, and Assistant system prompts in Ligand are owned by Evelaina. Vial entries, dose logs, photos, and notes you create using your own information are yours. Assistant answers generated for you may be used for your personal reference only. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App itself, the bundled reference index, or Assistant system prompts without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Information from the Peptide Assistant is provided for general reference only and carries no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina, its founders, contractors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to any health outcomes resulting from decisions you make based on information shown in the App or generated by the Peptide Assistant. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and request a refund from Apple under their refund policy.
Your use of Ligand is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, these Terms control to the extent permitted by Apple's developer program rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evelaina is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the App or these Terms shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, except where consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
