はなまる（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。本アプリは、保護者の方の監督のもとでお子さまがご利用いただくことを想定しています。保護者の方は、お子さまに代わって本規約に同意するものとします。同意いただけない場合は、ご利用をお控えください。
本アプリは、小学生のお子さまが漢字（読み・意味）と計算を、短いドリル・復習・学習記録を通じて練習するための学習アプリです。練習と自己学習を目的としています。本アプリは独立した学習補助であり、いかなる学校・試験機関・公的機関とも関係なく、ご利用により特定の学校や試験の結果を保証するものではありません。
課金・「購入の復元」・外部リンクは、保護者向けの操作（保護者ゲート）の内側に配置しています。広告・解析・アカウント・SNS／チャット機能はありません。
お子さまのプロフィールと学習記録は、お使いの端末内に保存されます。アプリの削除、または保護者エリアでのリセットにより消去されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリには、すべての学年とすべての練習モードをひらく任意の「買い切り（1回だけ）」課金があります（価格はアプリ内に表示。地域により異なります）。月額制（サブスクリプション）ではありません。
本アプリは個人的・非商業的な目的でご利用いただけます。以下の行為はおやめください。
本アプリのデザイン・コード・キャラクター・オリジナルの問題集は Evelaina に帰属します。漢字の学習指導要領そのものは公的な教育情報ですが、当社の問題・例語・解説・表現はオリジナルであり、書面による許可なく複製・改変・配布することはできません。お子さまの学習データはお客様に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。内容の正確性・完全性に努めていますが、誤りがないことを保証するものではありません。本アプリは学校教育の補助であり、代替ではありません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、Evelaina は本アプリのご利用により生じるいかなる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害（端末の故障やアプリ削除によるデータ消失を含む）についても責任を負いません。
本規約は随時更新する場合があります。変更後の継続利用は、更新された規約への同意とみなします。改定版は改定日とともにこの URL に掲載します。
本規約は、Evelaina が事業を行う法域の法律に準拠し、抵触法の原則によりません。

By downloading or using Hanamaru ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Hanamaru is a study aid that helps elementary-school children practice Japanese kanji (reading and meaning) and arithmetic through short drills, spaced-repetition review, and progress tracking. It is for practice and self-assessment only. Hanamaru is an independent learning aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any school, examination body, or government agency, and using it does not guarantee any particular school or test result.
Purchases, "Restore Purchases", and any links that leave the App are placed behind a parental gate intended for an adult. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no social or chat features.
Child profiles and study progress are stored on your device. You retain control of this data; deleting the App, or resetting progress in the parent area, removes it. See our Privacy Policy.
Hanamaru offers an optional one-time purchase (price shown in the App; prices may vary by region) that unlocks all grade levels and all practice modes. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
You may use Hanamaru for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The App's design, code, mascot, and its original question bank are owned by Evelaina. The kanji curriculum itself is public educational information; our particular questions, example words, explanations, and presentation are original and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission. Your child's personal study data is yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make a serious effort to keep the content accurate and aligned with the standard elementary curriculum, we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete. The App is a supplement to, not a substitute for, school instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data due to device failure or App deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evelaina operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
