はじめに

はなまる（以下「本アプリ」）は、小学生のお子さまが漢字と計算を練習するための学習アプリで、Evelaina が提供しています。ご家族で安心してお使いいただけるよう、お子さまの安全に配慮してつくられています。要点：本アプリはすべてお使いの端末内で動作し、個人情報を一切収集しません。

子ども向けに設計（データを収集しません）

本アプリは Apple の「キッズカテゴリ」向けに設計されています。第三者の広告、解析（アナリティクス）、トラッキング、アカウント登録・ログインは一切ありません。お子さま・保護者を問わず、個人情報を収集しません。

端末内に保存されるデータ

以下はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、Evelaina や第三者に送信されることはありません。

• お子さまのプロフィール：ニックネームと学年（本名は不要です）。
• 学習の記録：解答、正答率、復習スケジュール、スター、れんぞく日。
• 設定：こうかおん などの設定。

サーバーへの送信はありません

本アプリは完全に端末内で完結します。学習コンテンツはアプリ内に同梱されており、動作のために Evelaina のサーバーや第三者のサービスに接続しません。お子さまのデータを送受信する通信は行いません。

アプリ内課金と保護者ゲート

本アプリには、すべての学年をひらく任意の「買い切り（1回だけ）」課金があります。課金・「購入の復元」・外部リンクは、保護者向けの簡単な操作（保護者ゲート）の内側に配置しており、お子さまだけでは操作できません。お支払いはすべて Apple の App Store（StoreKit）が処理し、Evelaina が支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。

子どものプライバシー

私たちは子どものプライバシーを重視します。本アプリは子どもから個人情報を故意に収集しません（そもそも端末の外へ何も送信しないため、誰からも個人情報を収集しません）。プロフィールの共有、SNS機能、チャット、他者に表示される投稿はありません。

Apple プライバシーラベル

参考までに、本アプリの App Store プライバシーラベルは「データを収集していません」と表示しています。

データの削除

お子さまのデータはすべて端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除するとすべて消去されます。アプリ内の保護者エリアから、いつでも学習記録をリセットできます。

Overview

Hanamaru ("the App") is a learning app for elementary-school children to practice Japanese kanji and arithmetic, published by Evelaina. It is made for families and built to be safe for children. In short: Hanamaru works entirely on your device and does not collect any personal data.

Made for Kids — No Data Collected

Hanamaru is designed for Apple's Kids Category. It contains no third-party advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no accounts or logins. We do not collect personal information from anyone, children or adults.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App keeps the following on your device only. It is never transmitted to Evelaina or anyone else:

• Child profiles — a nickname and grade level you enter for each child, used only to show the right practice and progress.
• Study progress — practice answers, accuracy, review schedule, stars, and streaks.
• Settings — such as sound preferences.

You choose what nickname to enter — no real name is required.

No Data Sent to Servers

Hanamaru is a fully self-contained app. The learning content ships inside the App, and the App does not connect to any Evelaina server or third-party service to function. It makes no network requests to send or receive your child's data.

In-App Purchase & Parental Gate

Hanamaru offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks all grades and features. Purchases, "Restore Purchases", and any links that leave the App are placed behind a parental gate (a simple task intended for an adult), so a child cannot make a purchase on their own. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit); Evelaina does not receive or store any payment information, and there is no account to create.

Children's Privacy (COPPA & Kids Category)

We take children's privacy seriously. Hanamaru does not knowingly collect any personal information from children — in fact it collects no personal information from anyone, because nothing is sent off the device. There is no profile sharing, no social features, no chat, and no user-generated content visible to others.

Apple Privacy Label

For reference, the App's App Store privacy label declares Data Not Collected.

Data Deletion

All of your child's data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes it completely. You can also reset a child's progress at any time from the parent area inside the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
