By downloading or using VoxRate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Entertainment Purpose

VoxRate is designed for entertainment and personal development purposes. Voice confidence scores, celebrity voice matches, and all analysis results are generated using on-device audio processing algorithms and are approximate in nature. They do not constitute professional voice coaching, speech therapy, medical diagnosis, or expert assessment of any kind.

Use of the App

You may use VoxRate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content.
• Use the App to record other people without their consent.

Microphone and Audio

The App requires microphone access to function. By granting microphone permission, you confirm that you have the right to record audio in your current environment and that you comply with all applicable local laws regarding audio recording.

Celebrity Voice Matches

Celebrity names and likenesses referenced in voice matching results are used for entertainment comparison purposes only. VoxRate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any celebrity or public figure mentioned in the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

VoxRate offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in VoxRate are owned by Evelaina. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Voice analysis scores are approximate and for entertainment only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
