トイロ（以下「本アプリ」）は、16タイプの性格・相性を楽しく診断するエンターテインメントアプリで、Evelaina が提供しています。要点：あなたのプロフィールと診断結果は、原則としてお使いの端末内に保存され、広告・第三者解析・トラッキングは一切ありません。一部の任意機能（AI「ディープリーディング」と「マッチ」招待）のみ、ご自身が選んだ場合に限り、最小限のデータを当社サーバーへ送信します。
アカウント登録やログインはありません。以下はお使いの端末内に保存され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
本アプリには広告（AdMob など）はありません。第三者の解析（アナリティクス）やトラッキングも行いません。
「Toiro Plus」（週額／年額）のお支払いは、すべて Apple の App Store が処理します。Evelaina が支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。
この機能をご利用になる場合のみ、あなたが入力した関係についての短いメモと、2つのタイプコードが、当社のサーバー（Cloudflare）および AI 提供者（Anthropic）に送信され、パーソナライズされた読み解きが生成されます。このテキストは読み解きの生成のために一時的に処理されるだけで、保存・記録されません。他人を特定できる情報は入力しないでください。
マッチ用のリンクを作成すると、匿名のリンクID・あなたが選んだニックネーム・あなたの4文字のタイプコードが、当社サーバーに最長30日間保存され、その後自動的に削除されます。リンクを開いたお友だちは、ブラウザで簡単な診断を受けられます。お友だちのニックネームとタイプコードは匿名で送り返されます。アカウント登録・連絡先のアップロードはなく、選んだニックネーム以外の個人情報は扱いません。
通知は、端末内で動作する任意のリマインダーのみです。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用しません。
本アプリは一般向け（13歳以上）で、13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。
診断結果は、楽しみと自己理解のためのものであり、心理的・医学的・人間関係上の助言ではありません。本アプリは Evelaina 独自の16タイプ体系であり、「MBTI」「マイヤーズ・ブリッグス」とは関係ありません。
端末内のデータはアプリを削除すると消去されます。マッチのサーバー側データは最長30日で自動削除されます。

토이로(이하 "본 앱")는 16가지 유형으로 성격과 궁합을 재미있게 진단하는 엔터테인먼트 앱으로, Evelaina가 제공합니다. 요점: 회원님의 프로필과 진단 결과는 원칙적으로 기기 내에 저장되며, 광고·제3자 분석·추적은 일절 없습니다. 일부 선택 기능(AI "딥 리딩"과 "매치" 초대)에 한해, 회원님이 직접 선택한 경우에만 최소한의 데이터가 당사 서버로 전송됩니다.
계정 가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 다음 항목은 회원님의 기기 내에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

매치 링크를 만들면 익명의 링크 ID, 회원님이 정한 닉네임, 회원님의 4자리 유형 코드가 당사 서버에 최대 30일간 저장된 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 링크를 연 친구는 브라우저에서 간단한 진단을 받을 수 있으며, 친구의 닉네임과 유형 코드는 익명으로 회신됩니다. 계정 가입이나 연락처 업로드는 없으며, 선택한 닉네임 외의 개인정보는 다루지 않습니다.
알림은 기기 내에서 작동하는 선택적 리마인더뿐입니다. 푸시 알림 서버는 사용하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 일반 이용자(만 13세 이상)를 대상으로 하며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
진단 결과는 재미와 자기 이해를 위한 것이며, 심리적·의학적·대인관계상의 조언이 아닙니다. 본 앱은 Evelaina 고유의 16유형 체계로, "MBTI"나 "마이어스-브릭스"와는 관련이 없습니다.
기기 내 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 매치의 서버 측 데이터는 최대 30일 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

Toiro ("the App") is an entertainment app for fun personality and compatibility readings based on a 16-type system, published by Evelaina. In short: your profile and test results are stored on your device by default, and there is no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. Only two optional features (the AI "Deep Reading" and the "Match us" invite) send a minimal amount of data to our server, and only if you choose to use them.
There is no account and no login. The following is stored on your device only and is removed when you delete the App:

Toiro Plus (weekly or annual) is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Evelaina never receives or stores your payment information.
Only if you choose to use it, the short note you type about a relationship plus your two type codes are sent to our server (Cloudflare) and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a personalized reading. This text is processed transiently to produce the reading and is not stored or logged. Please do not include other people's identifying details.
When you create a match link, an anonymous link ID, your chosen nickname, and your 4-letter type code are stored on our server for up to 30 days, then auto-deleted. A friend who opens the link can take a quick test in their browser; their nickname and type code are sent back anonymously. There are no accounts, no contact upload, and no personal data beyond a chosen nickname.
Notifications are optional local reminders only. There is no push notification server.
The App is a general-audience app (13+) and is not directed at children under 13.
Results are for fun and self-reflection only — not psychological, medical, or relationship advice. The App uses Evelaina's own 16-type system and is not "MBTI" or "Myers-Briggs".
Data on your device is removed when you delete the App. Server-side match data is auto-deleted after up to 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
