Agreement

By downloading or using Tangram Bloom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Purpose

Tangram Bloom is a calm tangram puzzle game: you arrange the seven classic tangram pieces to fill a silhouette, with a daily puzzle, themed packs, and a quiet garden that grows as you solve. It is for relaxation and entertainment.

Your Progress

Your progress and settings are stored on your device. The App has no account and no Evelaina server that receives your gameplay — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and how ads, Game Center, and purchases are handled.

Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or tamper with the ad or purchase mechanisms.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or redistribute or resell the App or its code.

Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by ads provided through Google AdMob (a full-screen ad at natural breaks and an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch for a hint). Buying Tangram Bloom Pro removes all ads. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchase

The App offers an optional one-time purchase, "Tangram Bloom Pro" ($4.99 USD; price may vary by region and is shown in the App), which removes ads and unlocks all puzzle packs.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription. It does not auto-renew.
• You can restore your purchase on a new device using "Restore Purchase" in the App.
• Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center, your participation in leaderboards is also subject to Apple's terms. Game Center is optional and the App works fully without it.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, artwork, code, and puzzle catalog are owned by Evelaina. The tangram itself is a classic public-domain puzzle form. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that ads or Game Center will always be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress due to device failure or App deletion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evelaina operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
