By downloading or using Picture Bloom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Picture Bloom is a calm nonogram (picture-cross) puzzle game: you fill a grid using the number clues along each row and column, and the finished picture comes into bloom as a painted bloom you keep in your garden. It has a daily puzzle, themed packs, and a quiet garden that grows as you solve. It is for relaxation and entertainment.
Your progress and settings are stored on your device. The App has no account and no Evelaina server that receives your gameplay — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and how ads, Game Center, and purchases are handled.

The free version of the App is supported by ads provided through Google AdMob (a full-screen ad at natural breaks and an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch to reveal a line). Buying Picture Bloom Pro removes all ads. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase, "Picture Bloom Pro" ($4.99 USD; price may vary by region and is shown in the App), which removes ads and unlocks all picture packs.
If you use Apple Game Center, your participation in leaderboards is also subject to Apple's terms. Game Center is optional and the App works fully without it.
The App's design, artwork, code, and picture catalog are owned by Evelaina. The nonogram (also known as picture cross or Japanese crossword) is a classic public-domain puzzle form. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that ads or Game Center will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress due to device failure or App deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evelaina operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
