By downloading or using LuckCast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Entertainment Purpose

LuckCast is designed for entertainment and personal reflection only. The daily luck scores, lucky hours, timing verdicts, zodiac information, and all other content provided by the App are generated algorithmically and are not based on scientific evidence. The App does not provide financial, medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Do not make important life decisions based solely on information from this App.

Use of the App

You may use LuckCast for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content.

Subscriptions and Payments

LuckCast offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in LuckCast are owned by Evelaina. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Score calculations and timing verdicts are for entertainment only and carry no guarantee of accuracy or reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on content provided by the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
