Overview

LuckCast ("the App") is published by Evelaina. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

LuckCast collects and stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Birthday — used to calculate your personalized daily luck score. Stored in on-device storage (UserDefaults). Never transmitted to any server.
• App preferences — notification settings, onboarding completion status, and daily question counts. Stored locally.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not access your photos, contacts, calendar, or any other personal data.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that collect personal data.
• We do not upload any data to external servers.

On-Device Processing

All score calculations, lucky hour generation, and decision timing verdicts are performed entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server for processing.

Subscriptions

LuckCast offers optional in-app subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management (including cancellation) is available through your Apple ID settings.

Third-Party Services

The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to verify subscription status. No personally identifiable information is shared. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy

LuckCast does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App requires a birthday for score calculation, but this data is stored locally on the device only and is never transmitted.

Data Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all LuckCast data, simply delete the App from your device. This permanently removes all stored preferences and data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
