By downloading or using Eulogia ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eulogia is a guided eulogy writing tool designed to help you find the right words to honor someone you've lost. The App provides structured prompts for composing eulogies and obituaries, with optional Pro editing, export and teleprompter features. Eulogia does not provide grief counseling, therapeutic advice, or professional writing services.
You retain full ownership of all text and eulogies you create using Eulogia. The App does not claim any rights to your content. The app stores your writing locally and does not automatically upload it to Evelaina. You choose whether to share or export it.
You may use Eulogia for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Eulogia offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features including PDF export. This purchase is non-recurring and does not auto-renew.
Pro is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal or subscription. The current localized price is shown in the app when the relevant store makes the product available. Regional pricing, payment and refund rules are managed by that store.
On Android, device backup is disabled. Uninstalling Eulogia or clearing its app storage removes local writing and preferences. Keep exported copies of anything you need to preserve. Exports shared to another app or service are governed by that service and are not removed when you delete a document in Eulogia.
The App's design, code, prompt templates, and assembly logic are owned by Evelaina. Your written responses and assembled eulogies are yours. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Eulogia is a writing aid — the quality and appropriateness of your final eulogy is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of written content due to device failure or App deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
