アガリ（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、ご利用をお控えください。

学習用ツールについて

本アプリは、リーチ麻雀の点数計算と牌効率（何切る）を練習するための学習アプリです。特定のルールセット・大会・雀荘の公式ルールに代わるものではありません。本アプリは賭博アプリではなく、実際の金銭や擬似マネーを賭ける要素は一切ありません。

アプリ内課金（Agari Pro）

本アプリには、すべての点数計算レベル・すべての何切るレベル・計算機の詳しい内訳をひらく任意の有料機能「Agari Pro」があります。月額の自動更新サブスクリプション、または一度きりの買い切りからお選びいただけます。

• 月額プランには、新規のお客様向けに3日間の無料トライアルが含まれます。トライアル終了後、購入確定時にご利用の Apple Account に請求されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、表示価格で自動更新されます。更新の24時間前以内に請求されます。管理・解約は端末の Apple Account 設定から行えます。
• 買い切りプランは一度きりの購入で、更新はありません。
• サブスクリプションを購入した時点で、無料トライアルの未使用分は失効します。

ご利用にあたって

本アプリは個人的・非商業的な目的でご利用いただけます。以下の行為はおやめください。

• リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。
• 本アプリやそのコンテンツの複製・抽出・再配布・転売。
• 違法な目的での利用。

お客様のデータ

練習の記録や設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除により消去されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

知的財産

本アプリのデザイン・コード・コンテンツは Evelaina に帰属し、書面による許可なく複製・改変・配布することはできません。牌の画像は、パブリックドメイン（CC0）のセットを使用しています。

保証の否認

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。計算結果の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。

責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、Evelaina は本アプリのご利用により生じるいかなる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害についても責任を負いません。

規約の変更

本規約は随時更新する場合があります。変更後の継続利用は、更新された規約への同意とみなします。改定版は改定日とともにこの URL に掲載します。

準拠法

本規約は、Evelaina が事業を行う法域の法律に準拠します。

Agreement

By downloading or using Agari ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

An Educational Tool

The App is an educational trainer for practicing the scoring and tile efficiency (what-to-discard) of riichi (Japanese) mahjong. It is not a substitute for the official rules of any specific ruleset, tournament, or parlor. The App is not a gambling app and involves no real-money or simulated-money wagering of any kind.

In-App Purchase (Agari Pro)

The App offers an optional paid upgrade, Agari Pro, which unlocks all scoring tiers, all what-to-discard efficiency tiers, and the full calculator breakdown. It is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the displayed price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings on your device.
• The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, extract, redistribute, or resell the App or its content.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Your Data

Your practice history and settings are stored on your device only and are removed when you delete the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and content are owned by Evelaina and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission. The tile artwork is used from a public-domain (CC0) set.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that calculations are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evelaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evelaina operates.
